How to Calculate Annual Paid Leave:

  1. Annual leave periods are determined according to the worker's working period and seniority in the workplace.
  2. The worker's annual leave right increases for each year worked and can reach up to 26 days.
  3. Annual leave pay is calculated on the worker's last gross wage.
  4. When calculating, the worker's daily wage is taken as a basis and multiplied by the number of leave days.
