How to Calculate Severance Pay:

  1. Severance pay is calculated on the worker's last gross wage and determined according to the worker's seniority in the workplace.
  2. Compensation equal to 30 days' wages is paid for each year of seniority of the worker.
  3. Notice pay is the compensation paid to the worker in case of termination of the employment contract.
  4. When calculating, the worker's daily wage is taken as a basis and multiplied by the years of seniority.
